Our goal is to ensure each and every customer is a happy one! It is understandable that everything doesn't always go according to plan and we will make an effort to solve any problems that may come up. Please do take a moment to review our return policy for orders placed with smelf2.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

For items purchased, but not yet shipped:
All items are eligible for a full refund prior to their ship date. Please allow up to 2 weeks for canvas and/or print orders to be shipped.

FOR SHIPPED ITEMS:

For shipped items: 
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, no refund or exchanges will be permitted after an item has shipped. In cases of shipping damage, or other related issues, smelf2 will, at its discretion, offer a repair or replacement. Please inform us via email of any damage immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date for damage claims to be considered valid. Smelf2 reserves the right to deny any damage claims after this three-day window of opportunity. We will consider all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Smelf2 is not responsible for any packages returned to us without our prior written approval.
